we are destroying our bodies with our insane calorie deficiencies, least we can do is take proper vitamins.
officially lost 20 lbs since May. Am I proud? I wish I was, but I am not.

tips on taking laxatives
1. Don’t do it.
2. Coming from someone who is addicted to them, do not do it.
3. For the love of all that is good.

If your goal calorie intake is 500-800 calories a day, okay, no one can stop you. But, 500-800 calories of sugar, fried foods and shitty stuff like that can’t be the way to go. Get your fruits, veggies and lean protein in your intake. Keeps your hair, skin, and nails moderately healthy while in a severe calorie deficiency.

Anorexia is not far from a drug addiction, in my opinion. You feel bad at first getting back into it but the instant satisfaction is so worth it.
