Please, guys. There are easier and safer ways to lose weight, I promise. Ana/mia isn’t something we want to be stuck with, it’s an illness, it’s a dangerous and life threatening disease. So please, for your own sake, get the fuck away from me. Because I sure as fuck wish someone had told me to leave when I first found this community.
Anorexia is not far from a drug addiction, in my opinion. You feel bad at first getting back into it but the instant satisfaction is so worth it.
If your goal calorie intake is 500-800 calories a day, okay, no one can stop you. But, 500-800 calories of sugar, fried foods and shitty stuff like that can’t be the way to go. Get your fruits, veggies and lean protein in your intake. Keeps your hair, skin, and nails moderately healthy while in a severe calorie deficiency.
okay but I see many “current weights” lower than my “ultimate goal weight”, what.
